Your Chester Spa Becomes ABT Accredited Training Provider

Your Chester Spa Becomes ABT Accredited Training Provider

Exciting News! Your Chester Spa is now ABT accredited to deliver professional training, beginning with our two day Japanese Head Spa Practitioner course. Learn within a working spa environment with small group training, qualified trainers and ongoing post qualification support.

We are delighted to share an exciting step forward for Your Chester Spa. We are now ABT accredited to deliver professional training courses, beginning with our Japanese Head Spa Practitioner Training.

Our goal has always been to create a space centred around wellbeing, care and professional excellence. Becoming an accredited training provider allows us to extend that ethos to therapists who want to develop their skills in a calm, supportive and professional environment.

Japanese Head Spa Practitioner Training

Our first course focuses on the increasingly popular Japanese Head Spa treatment, a deeply relaxing therapy that combines scalp care, massage techniques and therapeutic water elements to support scalp health, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

The course takes place over two days inside our working spa, giving delegates the opportunity to learn within a real treatment environment. Because the treatment is performed regularly with a high volume of bookings, trainees gain valuable insight into both the practical techniques and the client experience that makes the service so successful.

Training is delivered by qualified trainers with medical oversight, ensuring that the course balances hands-on practical learning with a strong understanding of safety and best practice.

A Supportive Learning Environment

We intentionally keep our training groups small so that every delegate receives plenty of personal guidance.

Course features include:

  • Two-day Japanese Head Spa practitioner training
  • Training delivered inside a busy working spa
  • Three dedicated training beds
  • Small groups limited to four delegates
  • Qualified trainers with medical oversight
  • Post-qualification support once you begin offering the treatment

Courses run with a minimum of two delegates and we can also offer one-to-one training for those who prefer a more personalised learning experience.

Entry Requirements

This course is designed for qualified professionals working within hair or beauty.

Delegates must hold one of the following:

Or an equivalent qualification

NVQ or VTCT Level 2 Beauty Therapy

NVQ or VTCT Level 2 Hairdressing

Course Fees, Payment Options And Availability

The course fee is £650 per delegate.

To make training more accessible, payment can be spread over three instalments if preferred. (If you’d prefer to pay over three instalments, please let us know when submitting your interest.)

Courses are available on Mondays, Wednesdays and evenings by arrangement.

Looking Ahead

The Japanese Head Spa course is the first of several training opportunities we plan to introduce over time. Our intention is to create a training space that feels just as welcoming, professional and supportive as the spa itself.

If you would like to reserve a place on a Japanese Head Spa Course or are interested in learning more about the upcoming training courses, our team would be very happy to help.
