Promoter
This competition is organised by Your Chester Spa (“the Promoter”), located in Chester, United Kingdom.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other social media platform used to promote the competition.
Eligibility
- Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees of Your Chester Spa, Your Chester GP, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
- Entrants must have a public social media profile at the time the winner is selected to enable verification of the entry requirements.
Competition Period
The competition opens upon publication of the promotional post.
The competition closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 31 August 2026.
Entries received after this time will not be included.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
- Like the competition post.
- Comment on the competition post telling us who they would bring along.

- Share or repost the competition post (optional but appreciated).
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry per person will be accepted.
Prize
One winner will receive:

The prize is for the winner and their invited guests, with the maximum group size of 20.
The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed on a mutually agreed date within 12 months of the competition closing date.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within seven days of the competition closing date.
The winner will be contacted via the social media platform through which they entered.
The winner must respond within seven days of being contacted.
If no response is received within seven days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prize Redemption
Advance booking is required.
The prize is subject to availability and may not be available on selected dates, including bank holidays or other peak periods.
The winner and all guests must comply with Your Chester Spa’s normal booking conditions, health and safety requirements and spa policies.
Travel, accommodation and any additional treatments or purchases not specifically included within the prize are not included.
Health & Safety
Use of the spa facilities is subject to individual health considerations.
Guests who are pregnant, have medical conditions or have any concerns regarding the use of the facilities should inform the spa before attending. Where possible, suitable alternatives will be discussed.
Publicity
By entering the competition, participants agree that, if selected as the winner, their name, social media handle, photographs and/or content captured during the prize experience may be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Data Protection
Personal information supplied during the administration of the competition will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition and awarding the prize, in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
- Lost, delayed, incomplete or corrupted entries.
- Technical failures affecting entry submission.
- Circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect the competition or prize fulfilment.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any entrant found to be using fraudulent methods or otherwise breaching these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
