Your Chester GP 1st Birthday Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
   This competition is organised by Your Chester GP in association with Your Chester Spa and Cheshire Medical (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
   • Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
   • Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
   • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period
4. The competition opens on 1 June 2026

3. Entries close at 11:59pm on 21st June 2026.
4. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:
   • Like the competition post.
   • Comment on the post stating whether they would choose a Flex Membership or Flex Advanced Membership.
   • Share or repost the competition post.
   • Follow Your Chester GP, Your Chester Spa and Cheshire Medical on the platform where the competition is being run.

5. Prize
   • One winner will receive either:
     • A 12-month Flex Membership, or
     • A 12-month Flex Advanced Membership.
   • The winner may choose their preferred membership package.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection
   • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
   • The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing.
   • The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official account.

7. Claiming the Prize
   • The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified.
   • If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Membership Terms
   • The membership will commence on a date agreed between the winner and the Promoter.
   • Standard membership terms, conditions and fair usage policies will apply.
   • Any services not included within the chosen membership package will remain chargeable at the usual rates.

9. Publicity
   By entering, participants agree that their name may be used in winner announcement posts and promotional material relating to the competition.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform used to promote it.

11. Data Protection

• Personal information supplied during the competition will only be used for the administration of the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

12. Acceptance

• By entering the competition, participants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    Eligibility for Membership

    The winner will be required to complete the standard registration process for their chosen membership. Membership and access to services remain subject to Your Chester GP’s standard terms and conditions.
