Spa Membership agreement

Chester Spa Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between [Chester Spa] (“Spa”) and the undersigned individual (“Member”) for the purpose of outlining the terms and conditions of the membership. By signing up to membership, the Member agrees to adhere to the terms specified herein.

1. Membership Type and Term

1.1 Membership Type: This membership provides access to spa services as specified below.
1.2 Minimum Term: The minimum membership term is three (3) months, after which the membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis.
1.3 Membership Renewal: Membership will automatically renew each month following the minimum term unless terminated by the Member in writing, subject to the terms herein.

2. Membership Fee

2.1 The membership fee is £45 per month, payable in advance and due on or before the 1st of each calendar month.
2.2 The membership fee covers the following services each calendar month:

  • Spa membership package one, includes One prebooked(1) 60-minute massage or facial, OR
  • Two (2) 30-minute massages or facials.
    2.3 The fee is for the account holder only and is not transferable to another person.

2.3 Spa membership package two includes prebookedfour visits for water access. This membership is £70 per calendar month.

3. Services and Availability

3.1 Pre-booking: All appointments must be pre-booked in advance and are subject to availability.
3.2 Appointment Scheduling: Members are encouraged to book appointments at their earliest convenience to ensure availability.
3.3 Service Restrictions: Only the specified services (60-minute massage/facial or 30-minute massages/facials) are included in the monthly membership fee. Additional services or upgrades are subject to an extra charge.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Due Date: Payment for the following month’s membership is due in advance, no later than the 1st of the calendar month.
4.2 Late Payment: If payment is not received by the due date, the Spa reserves the right to suspend or terminate the services and/or the membership.
4.3 Non-payment: Non-payment of membership fees will result in immediate termination of services and access to spa facilities.

5. Membership Terms

5.1 Non-Transferable: Membership is for the exclusive use of the account holder and is not transferable to other individuals.
5.2 Right to Amend Terms: The Spa reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in writing or via email.

6. Termination of Membership

6.1 Termination by Member: The Member may terminate this Agreement after the minimum term of three (3) months by providing at least 30 days’ written notice to the Spa.
6.2 Termination by Spa: The Spa reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for breach of the terms or if the Member fails to comply with payment requirements.
6.3 Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, the Spa will honor services rendered until the date of termination.

7. General Terms

7.1 Indemnity: The Member agrees to indemnify the Spa against any damages, losses, or claims arising from the Member’s use of the services or facilities.
7.2 Force Majeure: The Spa is not responsible for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
